"Lemony" Cars so to speak LOL?

This girl I know bought a car about a month ago. Within that month the brakes have gone out on her and the muffler fell off the car. Also, she said that she was unable to pass the E-check. Oh yeah, the name of the dealer just happen to be called Express Muffler and Brake, Go figure right! LOL anyway they never gave her the title until she stated to them that she wanted to return the car....all of a sudden they said that she couldn't get her money back and they were trying to force the title on her. Do you think she is entitled to her money back or do she have to keep that car?
