2000 honda civic's noticeable exhaust noise; Anything to worry about?

The fuel injection cleaning has probably cleaned out 118k miles worth of muck which had been reducing the performance and quieting it down. I wouldn't worry about it as long as there are no other symptoms, and there are no visible holes in the exhaust.
