Would my 95 mustang be to loud with a catback exhaust 2.5" and no muffler?

i know for fact after doing some research and video watching that removing both the cats and muffler would get me in trouble sound wise. so how would my car sound with the stock cats and muffler removed and maybe s bigger pipe out the back
