Is it foolish of me to get a bodyguard?

My life is in no immediate danger, but men leer at me all the time and try to talk to me and most of them are demented derelicts. I know that it's a lot of money, but they are just so scary, and there are so many of them that everytime an incident happens, it makes me start shaking and I just get so terrified! If i have the money, is it foolish to get a bodyguard? You have no idea how many men do this to me!
