Can the VA take furniture out of a home if the person who has dementia?

got married and his daughter who was his caregiver is still living in the house that her Dad was living in too. I heard this. And also they could take the stuff and throw it out the door since the demented person, (my Dad) didn't have the capability to choose items. His fiduciary bought the items and asked me for advice on every single item. They were bought for Daddy's comfort and mine since I am disabled. But not enough to where I couldn't take great care of my Dad. I am talking about couches and TVs, microwave, toaster oven, bedroom suits etc.. I thought this was a civil matter. All responses will be appreciated. I tell you I have been through so much, it could kill a bison bull.
