Getting over a scary movie?

okay so my friends dragged me into seeing insidious over the weekend, and now i cant even look at the little boys face on the title slide. im someone who never watches scary movies and for a good reason too, but i went cus my friends were going and i figured i might as well i just wasnt expecting it to be so demented and f***** up. so whats the best way to get over the movie now that it has freeked me =out??? im 17 for the record.
