Can Someone Explain the Difference Between These Transmission Jobs?

If you are having problems with the transmission flushing it can cause more harm by flushing out thing that may be holding it together. The flush at my shop is 129.99 and replaces all the fluid. The drain and fill replaces about a third of the fluid but is safer if your having problems. About the same price.
