2001 Hyundai Elantra exhaust? (not ricer exhaust)?

I want to add an exhaust to the stock motor, w/ cold air intake. It has a 2.0 in it. I don't want a gay honda ricer exhaust, I want something deep and good sounding. Should I go with a catback set up, or would a performance muffler do the trick? Any input is appreciated.
